In the 80's, visited France with my parents on our European Vacation
which started in Ireland circled through Europe and ended in Paris. My
friend Tom was on a college trip at the same time, my mother noticed him in
the parking lot at Versailles. We followed him to his hotel and
stayed there. We visited the top of the Eiffel Tower and walked the Champs Elysées to visit the Arc de Triomphe.
I still remember stopping for a pastry along the Champs Elysées, it was
and still is the best I have ever tasted.
In the 90's, I visited France on my circle tour of
London, Amsterdam and Paris. Meet a friend in Amsterdam and
traveled by train to Paris. We visited Disneyland. The final
day I return to London via the
Eurostar
through the
Chunnel.
In the 00's, I visited Paris with my niece Stacey
and her friend. We toured the city visiting the Eiffel Tower,
Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and the Louvre. We also
traveled out of the city to visit Versailles.
In March 2022, visited Paris with Dre and Davon.
We did a tour of the Lourve with Catherine, a local tour guide. She was
awesome in making sure we saw the highlights including the Mona Lisa.
Dre and Davon attended a cooking class which I then joined to enjoy
their creations. We did a TukTuk tour of the monuments. We went to
the top of the Eiffel Tower where we had Champagne in glowing glasses
and enjoyed Macaroons. After our three night visit we took a train to
Amsterdam.
