In August 2009, I visited Mexico for several days during my Birthday week.  Drove to Uxmal the first day arriving late because of a delayed flight and because my Tom Tom GPS took be to a Dirt Road!  Visited the ruins the next morning.

Then I drove to Chichén-Itzá. Visited the ruins that night to see the light show, then returned the next day.  That afternoon I drove to the Ek Balam ruins.  That night it stormed so badly we lost power at the hotel and my room flooded. 

The next day I drove to Cancun and stayed at the Hilton.  I also went to Wet and Wild and had an "Interaction" with Dolphins.
