In April 2017 visited Bangkok on a tour via Gate 1 Travel.  Took a cruise along the Chao Phraya River. Visited Wat Traimit (Temple of the Golden Buddha), Wat Po (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), Wat Phra Kaew (Emerald Buddha Temple) and the Grand Palace.  Attended the Siam Niramit Show & Dinner as well as a Thai Dinner & Cabaret Show.

Took a full day tour to the Bridge over the River Kwai, including a visit to the JEATH Musuem, a boat ride on the River Kwai and a ride on the Railroad which crosses on the Bridge.
