During 2005 on my road trip through the upper mid-west, I
spent a night in Gillette on my way to see Devil's Tower.
In August 2015, visited Yellowstone National Park for several days.
The first two nights I stayed at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge. Saw
Old Faithful erupt several times also did a Ranger tour of the nearby
geysers. Drove to some of the nearby thermal features. Did a tour
in the Historic Yellow Buses of the surrounding area.
The third night I stayed at the Canyon lodge. Did a tour in the
Historic Yellow Buses of the surrounding areas, also did a Stage Coach
tour out to a Camp Out.
During the visit I saw Bison, Elk, Mountain Goats, Deer, Wolves,
Ravens, Ospreys, Chipmunks as well as other various birds.
